Eco Modern House Madrona Residence by Vandeventer - Carlander Architects

The Vandeventer - Carlander Architects designed the house with maximize sunlight, The Madrona Residence. Located in Seattle, The Madrona is suitable for young couples, not too wide but very pleasant, with not too much furniture that looks fresh and clean. For the painting, should have been designed from the start, how to paint the walls (outside / inside) and ceramic / marble mounted no clashing colors, used color suggestions that ‘cool’, usually young colors such as gray or yellow / cream, or it could be bright. A linear floor plan allows for a very efficient layout and a compact service core. The south facade features large expanses of glass and is protected by a cedar sun screen. Materials used include clear cedar siding and fibre cement panels.
